Duty is financial returns modeling in stock investments, market study, venture risk analysis, screening medium scale enterprises for venture capital participation and keeping abreast with regulations in capital markets in East Africa, South Africa and generally the emerging markets in Africa. A degree in Finance and 10 years working experience out of which 2 years should be in work relevant to the duties above.


Real Estate Development Specialist

The company has investment portfolio in listed stocks, private stocks, bonds, real estate development and agribusiness. The real estate development portfolio target development of residential housing for sale and for let, development of commercial property for sale and for let, development of hotel property for sale and partnerships in development of low income housing schemes in Kenya.
Duty of Real Estate Development Specialist is housing concepts market demanded, formulation of real estate development project proposals for financing with bank credit, real estate development project implementation, marketing and partnerships for development of low income housing. Candidates should have a degree in Real Estate Management, Land Economics or Civil Engineering and 10 years experience out of which 2 years should be work relevant to the duty.
